The winemaker and creator of Chateau Petit Oineonas has an additional role. He is a professor at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has trained many oenologists who work in various wineries in the country. This particular wine is the distillation of his knowledge. On the black label, two hot foils were used, gold and a dull silver. The emblem of the winery is the unique image on the label. Essentially, it is a Monogram “cjs” in calligraphy that creates an icon of a bird. A small seal on the side is the guarantee for this long-aged wine.
