Aidarini Estate at Goumenissa, unfolds since more than a century, Xinomavro’s virtues in order to produce fine PDO red wines. Winery’s oenologist Mike Michaelides, recently experimented with another Greek-originated grape, Malvasia (Monemvasia) in order to revive not just this unique grape potential but also the Ancient Greek techniques of wine-making. His goal was to produce an orange wine with a carroty aspect and the tonality of sunrise. Considering this concept, we designed the label which evokes a wild primitive past, awakening new flavorsome quests.
